Why Psychological Safety in remote teams?
Psychological Safety (PS) is the feeling of openness, where nobody in a team is judged or restrained from speaking up their ideas and concerns. It promotes interpersonal trust, empathy, and mutual respect between the members (Amy Edmonson, 1999).
A team with PS is proven to be more productive, efficient, and creative; characteristics are needed for the new economy, and for the new remote way of working. Read more.
