Energizer: Tell me more
General Description
Working remotely and having several meetings in a row can be exhausting and energy-draining. To create bonds and bring some freshness to the environment, the energizers are recommended. Moreover, they allow creating a feeling of inclusion between team members.
There are several ideas that you can find and apply. 'Tell me more' is an activity where participants ask and reply to two questions. You need to separate the group into pairs, and the activity will only take some minutes before a meeting starts.

Steps
Create breakout rooms of two people or a maximum of three. This should happen smoothly in order for team members to change to another breakout room.
Bonus:
- Ask all the members to have their device camera turned on.
- Each member should find a quiet place at home/office.
Step 1
Each member will have to ask and answer the following questions (4 minutes in total, 1 minute for each item):
- The most random situation that happened to you last week/month.
- When was the last time you laughed until you were in tears? Share the story behind it.
Step 2
Create a new breakout room, and repeat! If you can, change the answer the next time, better!
