Reflection
General Description
Because of the fast-pace of work nowadays, team members do not have time to stop and think about the impact or learnings they got after an activity or project. Things happen so fast that people do not take time for themselves.
Besides, remote work can drain people's energy by having several meetings and activities without bonding spaces between coworkers. For that reason, personal reflective activities should be a common practice in every team. It is also the key to pushing members forward and letting them grow.
