General Description
A team is usually composed out of by diverse people—different styles of work, dreams, fears, challenges, and more. You can not understand what you do not know.
With this activity, team members will have a visual tool to express themselves and also be able to get to know about their co-workers. The goal is to share all personal information openly and so eliminate some difficulties that might exist because of hidden team members' characteristics. This activity will be executed personally and will have a two-week deadline.
Afterwards, it will be considered as an onboarding activity for every new member.

Steps
Individual asynchronous activity. Each individual will create a virtual document about himself or herself. Each one has the freedom to do it as he/she wishes. You can get to know someone not only via the written content but also via added images or designs.
Step 1
Each member will have two weeks to finish their PhotoCheck. The objective is to talk about themselves. They should include their favourite picture about themselves, and answer the following questions ( they can add all the extra information they think will be useful for the team dynamic):
- My biggest dream is to...
- I can help you if you.../To help you should...
- Talk to me about...
- My biggest challenge at work was...
- The mistake at work that taught me the most was...
- I feel part of this team because...
Step 2
Save all the PhotoChecks in a folder and share the link with a powerful message in one of the most popular communication channels you have with your team.
