Mingle Activity: STOP
General Description
Now, more than ever, teams need to focus not only on the working part but on the human side and generate bonding between team members. For that reason, activities that promote freedom and laughs are essential!
We recommend generating these spaces every week and to encourage members to propose and promote different activities.
In this STOP game, each player has to choose a letter and complete different categories with words that start with the letter mentioned. In this game, the team members will remember different moments they have experienced together.

Steps
Be sure that each member has a paper and a pen or pencil to write. They will need to draw a table of 6 columns on it: Letter, Categorie 1, Categorie 2, Categorie 3, Categorie 4, Total.
Ask all the members to have their device camera turned on.
Step 1
The categories can change, here is an example:
1. You are not part of this team if you have never.
Example: Miss a meeting because you felt asleep and told everybody you were sick.
2. The most random excuse for not doing a task.
Example: My dog ate my computer.
3. Title of a Hollywood movie.
Example: My dogs are more than a hundred, and a crazy lady wants them (101 Dalmatians)
4. The most random moment in a meeting.
Example: My microphone was unmuted, and everybody listened to me arguing with my mom/son.
The first person who finishes the four categories should say STOP! After that nobody can keep writing.
Be funny and creative! You can propose answers between reality and fiction.
Bonus:
- Each member should find a quiet place at home/office.
- The facilitator should prepare active music.

Step 2
Ask all the members to share the answers in order. The points are:
- 100 points: each correct answer.
- 50 points: if you and someone else share the same answer.
- 0 points: you did not complete the categories, or you write a phrase with another letter.
Do as many rounds as you can in a timeframe of 1 hour.
Step 3
Final reflection.
Ask the whole group the following questions; it is non-mandatory participation:
- How did this activity make me feel?
- Last words to your team.
